Made with whole black tea, roasted barley and wattleseed, ginger, cinnamon and cloves, this is a warmly spiced blend just begging for a picnic blanket or an open fire. It's our nod to all the chai lovers while still keeping inspiration from the flavours of the Barossa front of mind.In fact the blend began after tasting the beautifully roasted wattleseed at our local Farmer's Market, from a farm just up the road from us. It's the kind of chai farmers would drink if farmers ever did drink chai.
